A quick question - is there a better and cheaper way to to set my website up?

Welcome to the community and thanks for sharing. Your site seems to be currently on a 40K INR per 3 years. The image below tries to offer you some suggestions.
Tech4Good Fellows @Megha-Jibhakate and @Lily can help you with the GitHub pages option where your current site can be replicated as is onto github pages. Let us know and we will time this in early Jan 2023.
