They’re a dynamic team developing impactful IT applications for NGOs, Government functionaries, CSRs, and International Funding Organizations both in India and abroad. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in crafting the vision and strategy for their software products, analyzing market trends, conducting customer research, managing the product development process, and so much more! 
Here’s what they’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of software development and management experience
- Strong understanding of user needs and market trends
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a product line’s life cycle
- Experience in customer research and analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- B-Tech-IT/M-Tech -/MBA- IT/ BCA /MCA or any degree in the relevant field
- Preference for candidates with a software engineering degree and PGD in Rural Management of Public Policy from IRMA, APU, IIFM, XIMB, TISS, IIHMR or fellowship from YIF, Anubhav Lecture Series, India Fellow, Indian School of Public Policy, Gandhi, Teach for India, Genpact Fellowship
