Responsibilities:
As technology manager, you will be leading the IT department with all the technology initiatives. You will to work with our team, external vendors towards achieving the organization’s goal. This is a high-impact role, working directly with the Executive Director. The technology manager will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions impacting current and future operations while managing the ongoing technology initiatives. Considering the industry that we operate in and the impact we create, we expect this profile to be dynamic and hands-on.
Job Purpose:
Sustain and scale our technology with the IT knowledge, determine areas of improvement, identify problems, analyze and provide solutions that are aligned with the organization goals and expansion plans. Manage and deliver effective solutions by guiding the internal team and vendors.
