Award winning research agency Land Conflict Watch is hiring for a full-stack developer as their IT Lead (New Delhi)

Land Conflict Watch (LCW) is an award-winning research agency that collects data and insights from the field to address environmental issues. It has created the largest database of land disputes in the country and produces various forms of public-facing research, such as newsletters, blogs, social media posts, videos and a subscription service, which requires IT support.

LCW is looking for a full-stack web developer with a passion for social causes to join their team as their IT Lead. The successful candidate must have experience in website design and development, database management, automation, scalability of systems, and be proficient in using tools such as Airtable, Webflow, and Integromat (Make).

About the role:
The IT Lead will manage LCW’s website, conflict database, newsletter, and subscription services, ensure smooth functioning of the conflict database CMS and automation of data, provide end-to-end solutions for IT needs, optimise user experience and search engine optimisation, and develop new websites, microsites, and databases.
